It's now under new management and it's called the Rockwell Resort. The owner was very friendly and even served us breakfast every morning. Owner really cares about this place. Lots of families were here. Pool is clean and full of kids. A few noisy people on Friday night but not so bad. Rooms are clean. Hey, for this price, you can't go wrong. Overall satisfied with our two night stay. Would come again.

First, the name of this place has changed to Rockwell Resort and it is a dump, not a resort. The beds and bathroom are clean, but we had 5 rooms booked for friends and each had it's own distinct issues. The intake in the air conditioner in one room was caked in dust inches thick, and the white bed ruffle was mostly black. In our rooms the bedside sconces were held together with tape and the lampshades looked like they have been there for 30 years. There are no phones in the room, or clocks or blow dryers so bring your own. The only reason we didn't leave is because we needed five rooms and we wouldn't have been able to find that many rooms at another hotel.

Attention Attention Attention !!!!!!!! Jeeez Ever wonder why its the cheapest option among all motels ? You come to Niagara Falls to enjoy holidays but this motel could ruin your visit. Full of bedbugs, flies and every small insects you could find here easily. More of a Jungle, less of a motel ! Sheets with patches of blood can be easily found It could be cheapest option but i would recommend you to pay 10-20$ more and go live in a decent Hotel Worst Experience. If you re reading this comment please do not go there. Douche bags they are ! I never comment uselessly but people should be aware of this.

Westlodge is under new management but this place needs a lot of attention. We were three with 4 other couplesand each room had outs problems. Our room had bedside sconces were held together with tape and the lampshades were distgusting. Another room had so much dust in the air conditioner Im not sure how it functioned and the white bed ruffle was black. Another had tiles falling off in the bathroom. The beds and bathrooms were clean and the pool was nice but they have lots of work to do.

Horribble experience. Non cancellation trap. Dirty bed, stinks and stained, air conditioner was not working properly in 95 degree weather. Coffee maker was visibly dirty. Had to buy sheets and Clorox. Complaints rested on death 👂 ears.
