Place that we booked was good. It looks like that they renovated the room by we still saw ants on the floor. In regards to pricing, I feel that for a 3 star hotel, it is overpriced as I had to pay 15 bucks for parking over night.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were decent, worth what you pay. The service though, that was the best part. Jenny, our receptionist, was just amazing. She helped informed us thoroughly of everything we needed to know and also gave us all the little perks too. Housekeeping service was quick and exact, and they accommodated everything we asked for.

This place is a actual dump, if I could rate this a negative star I would. Ants in the rooms, Bags of dirty sheets/laundry left by cleaning staff Outside my room for several hours. Don’t waste your money. Spoke to general manager and all I got was a apology. Asked if I could stay at a different days inn in Niagara Falls and was told they are privately owned and they could not do anything.

We booked for five rooms , they told us at check in will charge us for 3 cars instead of 5 , when we checked out they charged us for the 5 cars by the manger Wanda , in addition the cleaning rooms was not cob with the current situation of corona virus, I wish if I can give them zero star
