The outside of the hotel looks awful! When we went inside the hotel has a welcoming feeling. I got up to my room and we were at the top floor and at the end. We had a breath taking view of the falls. I was speech! Great hotel even better service

From the US — 1st hotel after customs (exit right towards “The Falls”), so, super simple! Wonderful staff, beautiful views, clean rooms w/balcony, very close to an amazing hiking trail (Niagara Glen Trail), walking distance to downtown, & an incredibly relaxing jacuzzi!!! Can’t say enough good things. The perfect vacation.

Went there with an organized tour. The location is great since it is a 5 minutes walk from the falls. The bed was comfortable. However, the room that I stayed in was decorated in a very old fashion, it isn't modern at all. Very nice breakfast buffet though !

First off we had a connecting room with friends that wasn't ready until 4:30 so we had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby to check in. When we did our floor was wet. Our friends room had dead small flies on the bed sheets and the outlets did not work. The hotel was aware of everything and did not compensate us at all.

Not sure where the pictures from their website came from, but it sure wasn't this hotel. Great location, but decor was very dated and tacky, and even a little bit dirty. The check in area is very small and took a while. Otherwise, the stay was okay due to the convenience of the location.
