Pro : Very Friendly staff, very nice too. Specially Carlos . Clean room and Great location everything is close, walking distance to Falls,Wind Cave and restaurants/ 7/11 store.. Con : This message is for the branch manager our family stay 5 night in Room # 600 sometime toilet clog and ( looks like water was leaking from ceiling before) toilet and bathroom ceiling need to fix ASAP. And many people are smoking in front of the main entrance, it is necessary to put “No Smoking” signs within 25 Ft. of the gate for the sake of children. This is my request. Thank you for reading my review. Four (4) Star is for Location, Staff and Bedroom only. ( not restroom ).

Good location and convenient. Close to bridge connecting US and Canada. Rooms are ok not spectacular but well kept. Not an exciting hotel but does the job. Vacation planning: Go to the Canadian side to view the falls. The American side has no real view and therefore the tourist investment is minimal to pathetic. The best amazing view with great food on the Canadian side is a restaurant called the Keg in the Embassy Suites. Bring passports. But I would still stay at this Holiday Inn because it is close to the Falls and the border crossing. For management - charging a fee for parking is desperate, reconsider that. The bathrooms need improved ventilation for humidity and other scents.

Very night hotel. Clean, well cared for. Super helpful staff. Only a10 minute walk to the falls. Loved the pool. Instead of being off in a cramped, humid room somewhere, it was just past the lobby in two story, open gated area. Lovely.

Expected more for the price. The bedding for the sofa bed was so disgusting I had to buy some from the store for my son. Bath tub leaked, refrigerator didn't work & we had to power shut our door with full body weight! Part of the reason I booked here was an onsite restaurant but it was hardly that. Waited 10 minutes to be seated after we had to ask a server for a hostess and then he flagged us off! We just drove 6 hours and were hungry so we sat down. 20 minutes later we got up and walked out with no one coming to wait on us. Get up and see @6 employees hanging out at the end of the bar. Went to the neighboring hotel restaurant to eat. Stay at this hotel chain often, this was a disappointment.

I really liked this hotel. Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful, nice and very professional. I really hope to return here again another time for leisure. The attached anchor bar is a nice change compared to most holiday inn restaurants. The lounge is also a nice touch. The views of the falls are great!
