During my stay, there was a party that took place in the ballroom. I had some concerns about the noise level since I was staying directly above the party. When I went to express my concerns around 9:30pm, I was told that the event would end around 11pm and that it was a live band who was playing. To my horror, the event did not end until it was between 11:30pm and midnight. When I went to complain about it in the morning (and to offer a possible solution), I was informed that the event was actually supposed to have ended by 2am the next day. While management was able to bring the noise volume down, the music rose back up to its previous volume merely a half-hour later at 10pm. I did not arrive at this hotel until it was after 8pm and had to be awake by 5:30am the next morning. I had managed to fall asleep only to be woken up by the loud bass and drums. Being a light sleeper, my partner could not sleep until the party was over.

Stayed here two nights with my two sisters. We booked the family suite. It was very clean and the customer service was a "10". Thank you to Blaire and Allison for their professionalism. I forgot something in our room and called 7 hours later to find out it was still at the hotel and turned in by housekeeping. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again this weekend when I return to pick up the item I left behind. My sisters and I loved this hotel and their wonderful service. Thanks for a great stay.

Honestly I had the best experience in this hotel ever!! through my trip coming from Washington DC getting the worst hotel experience from there. It was worth the trip to this one not only because we booked last minute but the service was wonderful and the rooms were nice and clean and friendly staff!

Have stayed here several times and it's always been a comfortable experience. They offer a decent gym, swimming pool and sauna within the hotel, which means if you have a rainy day and can't go to the beach, you can still go swimming indoors at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and happy to help with any issues you may have

Had a great stay! Staff was super nice and the room was very clean. I even brought my dog to stay with us which I had never done before, they gave him a little bag with some cookies and a poop bag! Will defenetly be back!
