I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Peaceful and quiet ambiance, friendly staff, and clean lovely room. The concierge at the check in desk let me check in even though I was early, and he was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, and apparently they have breakfast go-bags for early risers on the go. There’s a TGIF right next door and they offer a discount for hotel guests, which was also a plus. If only all my hotel stays were as nice as this one..!

I had a really great stay here. The room was clean and well kept. I really enjoyed having a kitchenette type room and the hotel was close to shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel.

My favorite hotel in Buffalo. The rooms are great. Big and comfy. The location is perfect. Easy Walk to so many things. Rates are reasonable.

Not the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. First of all, parking is not on-site, it's around 2 blocks down and a block over in a parking garage that charges you every time you leave, so that can add up. Also, the light rail system goes right by the hotel and can be a little loud if you're a light sleeper. They do provide ear plugs though. The room was nice though - very spacious and had every accommodation you might expect. I'd stay somewhere else due to the parking though, personally.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Our room was a beautiful suite, with comfortable furnishings and really convenient plugs. I feel like Holiday Inn has recently remade it's brand as a much higher quality hotel than I remember it being 10-15 years ago.
