I wish I could gave 0 for friendliness staff. He was rude person I ever seen who can work at front desk. Dude you need to change your attitude towards Indian people. Because you worked for “INDIAN” remember that.. you guys should wear name “TAGS” looks more professional... I wish I have his name.. he doesn’t want to listen what guest want to say to him... I have been coming there for 3 years.. worse experience with front desk staff.. night auditor was super friendly and professional... Manager as well “Renee”.. he should’ve treat us way better.. other than that my stay was awesome... you should re train him or show him how to treat “ GUEST”...

One 🌟 for it being newly built, outward appearance, availability and another for the price and cable. You get what you pay for. Plain and simple. Don't expect good customer service or good house keeping. The toilet wasn't cleaned. Dried up urine stains and paint drops was on the toilet seat, which I cleaned off easily. There was about 10% left of the only toilet paper roll left. A sticky snot like remnant had apparently been wiped on top of the edge of the night stand and was still there. The head clerk, Renee rudely told me that I have to get a roll from her and the girl she's training at the front desk myself if I want it before hanging up on me. Although, cleaning personnel is walking around in house. And told me again when I called back. As the entire day went by... I never went down for the toilet paper and no one ever came to my room with it. Well..it is a 2 star hotel.. precisely so.

I liked everything about this hotel except that the bedsheets looked a little dirty and shabby. The bathroom was good, the air conditioning and everything else was good for a night’s cheap stay. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and nice. My only complaint is that the bedsheets could have been cleaner and whiter. I mean we get what we pay for, I get it. Also, they do not provide any breakfast and coffee isn’t provided after 11am which is too bad because I wanted to make myself a coffee to only be told that it was closed. Apart from that, it’s at a very student friendly price. However if Motel 6 tries a bit more in providing clean sheets and clean pillows I think they’ll be one of the best hotels that travelers can come across.

It was the cheapest price we could find in the area I believe which is a plus but I guess that comes with issues. The room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled either musty or Smokey, not sure. There were ants and we were on the third floor. One of the towels had a persons clump of long hair on it. The sink clogged a bit. The floor had hair all over it. (Assuming it was animal hair as the motel was animal friendly.) the sink was somewhat falling from wall and the shower head was falling from the wall as well. The only plus I have is that the bed sheets seemed clean.

First, the room was not well cleaned. Dirty in the bathtub, long bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom, and more hair on the floor in the room. Also, hair on the in the sheets on the bed. The building is newer or newly remodeled. The rating I found online was the highest in the market for a comparable motel. My family and I were disappointed and cut our stay from 2 night to 1.
