You get the sense that it was a really nice property at some point but they are struggling to keep it up. The beds were really nice but everything else seemed a little dated and in some stage of needing maintenance. You also don’t get the sense they devote a lot of resources to staffing. It is a great location. Photos are view from room 809.

After our arrival and check in July 2018 we quickly regretted making our reservation because of poor location, building/room quality and aesthetics. Carpeting was stained and ripped throughout. The hotel is dated. Searched four floors for a working ice machine. We only stayed for about 7 hours. (Note: We were told by a staff member the hotel will be under renovation at some point in the future) Upon check out we spoke with the supervisor on duty, and expressed our concerns we left feeling very impressed with the staff accommodations. Will not be returning.

Stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago. Our rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On Saturday the front desk was very busy, but they had it under control. Our t.v. wasn't working properly but Charles the manager was on top of it. You should get passes to go to Coco keys water park conveniently located inside the hotel. The kids loved it.

Oh my goodness!!!!! I had a single room. There was only a full size bed. The room was very tiny. I'm tall but not a giant by any means. I had to duck under the shower head to get wet. The bathroom sink only came to my knees. There's not enough space in the room for a desk but, they put one in the room anyways with no chair and it blocks your exit from the room. It was ridiculous!!!!

Mary Elizabeth is the lifeline of the reception. She is warm, cordial and cooperative. When the hotel failed to keep up their promise of alloting rooms on the same floor for our family, she, with her amazing management skills, jumped to save our experience by compensating in a proper professional fashion. Her colleague Janet or Janel (M not sure about her name) too was very warm, welcoming and dapper. I recommend to look for these lovely ladies, should you have any problem there. The hotel overall is recommended.
