My father lives in an apartment in the 6th floor. The view from his room is awesome, he has a perfect view of the electric tower where they drop the ball on new years, so I'll be watching from there this year. Plus the view of the lake behind all the buildings is beautiful! I also met another resident in the elevator on the way up to my dad's room and he was very nice. The lobby is clean as well. Its an old building, so it's not perfect, but it has character.

Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were well maintained by the cleaning staff.. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at the Lenox off and on for 30 years. The improvements are amazing. The rooms are modern in an old style hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Allentown location has a lot to offer on it's own.

The room is reasonably clean and very affordable. The bed is large and the room includes a fridge and microwave. The shower doesnt drain nor get very hot though.

Parking is terrible. Very old and out of date. Room was quite small. We did eat at the Lenox Grill next to the Hotel and is was quite good.
