A very affordadble place. Just about 30 minutes away from Niagra Falls. Free parking. Awesome service, friendly advice. The rooms are very clean.

Outside is pretty bland and looks a little down, however, owners are nice and the rooms are clean.

It's a budget motel, so you get what you pay for. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and the water pressure was good in the shower. There were a few issues like the bathroom door not shutting properly, but for the most part I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I have paid far more for much worse accommodations before. 4 stars.

Where could I possibly start.. from the time we arrived there was nothing but issues. The check in office was locked and we need to wait outside in the cold ringing the doorbell for a while until we got let it. The attendant came to the door barefoot and bothered as if our checking in was an issue. The office smelled disgusting such a strong smell we couldn't wait to leave. Once we were given our key and went to our room it appeared clean but we quickly realized this was not the case. The towels were dirty the linen had holes in it. We had to shower with our sandals on because the bathtub did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Once we got the courage to actually get into our beds we were unable to fall asleep due to all the banging outside and it was after 1AM at this point. The most rediculous part for me was the service or should I say lack there of. In the morning when we woke up and got ready to go. At 10:49am we get a bang on the door when I open it there's a lady telling me we need to leave she needs to clean the room and we must check out, I explained we were just finishing getting dressed and we were leaving. Check out is 11am, I finished getting dressed and was bringing my luggage to the car where the man who had checked us in says give me your key. To which I responded check out is 11am we will bring you key we finishing we are simply doing our final check to make sure we have everything. He snapped back its after 11 and you need to leave. He quickly pulled out his phone to show me the time which read 10:55am. To which I explained I had paid until 11 and I would gladly bring the key once I have cleared my belongings out as I was in the process of doing. He snarkingly said it's only 5 mins. It really wasn't about the 5 mins I didn't want the door to close behind me and me not have the key to be able to get the rest of my items. Needless to say I found the service to be very poor the staff was extremely rude and it could have been far cleaner and for those reasons I would not stay there again. As the saying goes you get what you pay for I suppose.. lesson learned that's for sure
