Worst house keeping ever for a hotel we paid 900$ for 2 nights for 2 rooms. They didn’t clean the trash, no cups for coffee or water. No hand soap, lotion, etc. No coffee, tea or condiments. When I called the front desk Nick the manager said to come down to get some of items since he is with guest for last 1 hour at 11.30 pm in the night. He says they have no staff and he is the only one working. This is the worst customer service ever. The other room no house keeping was done. Beds not made no trash removal. The water of shower also very slow

Brand new hotel, converted from an office building. All the furnishings and gear are new. The King room is spacious and comfortable, with many modern appointments. Breakfast is a small step up from the usual offerings (e.g. multiple types of omelets, Cinnabon, etc.). Nice pool (if a bit small), nice exercise room (multiple elliptical machines). Staff was very helpful, although still learning the ropes. Overall a positive stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice as a new building, the cleaning staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk staff was under trained in hospitality. The morning breakfast crew was either under staffed or un-prepared for a Sunday morning breakfast with the amount of people staying there close to several other tourist spots.

This hotel was very clean the staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good for being included. About 10 min from the falls.

The hotel was just opened. And yet so many problems. The main Elevator had a very loud pop and then was stuck in it fir 3 min. When we told the staff And owner yhey just blew in off. In the room it was not Finished. The mirror was crooked the door was not cut the fit the walls were not finish painted the light switch by the door when turned off shut all power off to the room. We got the room with 2 Queen beds one sofa couch bed when asked for a blanket and sheet for the sofa bed they said they could not give us 1 how do you sleep 5 people without blankets. When asked for a manager at night they said there was not one there they will be in in the morning when asked for manager in the morning I said they could not be found
