When I first walked into the room, I had to pee from our far travel, right away noticed dead bugs on side of toilet. It happens, I understand. My next complaint is the bed, it was king sized and I was thrilled, went to sit and it folded at the foot of the bed like it was a folding bed. The next complaint I have is when I went to get the extra blanket from the shelf, it was rolled in a ball, I wasn’t sure if it was washed or not so I didn’t want to touch it. The last complaint I have was the whirlpool. The tub was dirty and also was cracking a few places at the base. The pictures on the websites are very deceiving, it is a very cheap place to stay and the rate we got was NOT cheap. Robert is trying to help us the best he can which is very appreciated. This review is based solely on the room we were given not staff. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else for the night. Probably will not recommend for future stays. Wish we could have had the same experience as other reviewers but unfortunately we did not.

The location is great, lots of nearby eateries and groceries. It's only about a 10 minute drive to get to the falls. The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning...The rooms have a fridge but no microwave. The kids enjoyed the pool but after 5 PM the adjacent building casts a shadow making evening swimming very cold...

We stayed here over the fourth of July holiday. It's a decent place. Rooms were clean . I do think that the filter to the heater/ac DESPERATELY needs changed or cleaned.It smelled of mildew.Staff was nice and very helpful. The breakfast was ok but very crowded. They offer tours of the falls etc. But we went on our own and found all the places we wanted to go see easily.It was very crowded everywhere we went but given the holiday,it was expected. We didn't stick around the Falls area to see the fireworks though. We went down the road from the hotel where it wasn't so crowded.

Average Hotel. Pros: 10 mins drive from Niagara Falls. Tops store , Pizza place , restaurants & bars are at walking distance. Hotel Manager tries to accommodate your request. Clean room and bathroom. Cons: Very basic breakfast. This needs to improve since its not a low cost hotel. Property is old and rooms are basic . Parking lot gets full.

The hotel was clean. But very small. The breakfast area is very congested, gets very crowded. Swimming pool is right in front of hotel. Ppl walking on road can see u swim lol. They have so much space behind the hotel which they can use for pool.
