Excellent hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The manager and all personnel are very polite and helpful. I've stayed here 5 times and will stay here again. They are upgrading the hotel and resealed the parking lot.

This hotel was not fancy. But the staff and the service was excellent. The driver got us to the airport with hours to spare. They had a grab and go breakfast which was perfect as we left early to get our plane. On the way home he came within 5 minutes of us calling him to get us. None of the people in our group are avid travelers. What could've been a very stressful day turned out pretty good. I would recommend this hotel because of the great staff.

The hotel is conveniently located to the Buffalo International Airport. It participates in a park and fly program, which is quite helpful and cost effective. Several restaurants are within a less than 5 minute walk. The room was somewhat small, but clean and seemed to have recently been re-decorated. The hotel is fine for a night or two.

The hotel was clean. The beds and pillows comfortable. The buffet very good and food was hot and the coffee was excellent for a hotel. Offered 1/2 and 1/2 creamers which is better than most places. Hotel staff is knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. My only issues were small bathroom and laggy internet. Hotel doesn't offer hotel net to watch movies so bring hdmi cord and a computer to plug in. Parking was free. And if you are flying it has a free shuttle that runs effectively.

Hotel staff are great. Interior of hotel is old, moldy, and just smells awful. Worst Best Western I have ever experienced. Carpet was disgusting. The room smelled terribly.
