Older Motel Drive up to Your Room. Good location close to Boston Pizza.

Clean room, not too expensive, guy who runs it is very nice. Close to a couple good food options and grocery store. WiFi wouldn't connect in my room

It's a better experience than the name would suggest. Cheap, but clean, tidy and had a tv. Beds were hard and the place doesn't have any form of temperature control for the summer. It's an alright place for 1 night.

I remember staying in the Valhalla Inn the first week of April 2016 and being charged a whopping $125+/night. What a dump! Stained carpet, noisy heavy doors slamming at night from nearby rooms, it's the same thing 40 years ago that has just gotten old. Well, I showed up in TBay on Oct 19 2016 and stayed at Bob's Motel (Room #4 n/s) for $72 all in. Clean, spacious, quiet... I do mean QUIET. Affordable restaurants up and down the block to walk to, get food and eat in the room. Safeway a stone's throw away. The on-site owner (Gary) I first met 20 years ago when I first stayed there. His hospitality has not changed. He did not need a credit card but took me at my word over the phone. He made me the customer feel like a person and not just another faceless number checking in. I feel no need to stay in any other motel when I am in TBay.
