It's a new building with modern interior design and comfortable furniture. Room has two double beds with a flat tv, iron board, mini refrigerator and a office desk and chair. Mattress were firm and cleanliness was very impressive. Receptionist was very cooperative and thoughtful for switching us to ground floor in consideration of having a 2 month old baby accompanying me. A 24 hour open coffee and tea station was available with a welcoming dinning hall. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay at there again and recommend everyone to do so. Thank you at Hampton Inn!

A beautiful hotel in Thunder Bay. The suites were comfortable and modern. The pool was just perfect. The complimentary breakfast was pretty tasty- although more healthy options would be great like smoothies or something. The lounge eating area was really nice and bright. The complimentary coffee bar and infused water was a nice touch.

Hotel is well kept. Close to the airport and car rental and grocery stores. This makes it an ideal location. No way to get prepared food from Hotel, however they provide a folder with tons of fast food places ( if that is what you like) you can order from as well as info about how to get around town. Would stay again.

The location is close to the airport, but can be a bit of a pain to find the entrance to the parking lot. The room is brand new, clean and looks amazing. The front desk was fast and efficient. The breakfast is an average contanential breakfast. The pool was nice, but a bit small. Overall great experience.

Bathrooms in some (not all) of the rooms just have a barn door and are not even a little bit private. If you're travelling alone, this is a non-issue, but if you have anyone else in your room modesty is minimal. Make sure to request a bathroom with an actual door if this sound unappealing. The rest of the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is great!
