Nice and clean hotel. Service quality was good. The room was renovated and had a great mattress. There’s a nice pool and free parking. The breakfast was also free, but the baked goods were stale. Overall we were happy with our stay and recommend this place.

Amazing stay! Would come back here anytime! Dianne working at the front desk is an awesome person and went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Thunder Bay felt like home. Thanks again Holiday Inn!

I really like the new rooms. We used to go to the Valhalla Inn, so trust me, this hotel is much nicer. The rooms are new and modern, a really antithesis to the Valhalla which is like stepping out of a time machine and into the 80s The location is perfect and the front desk is quick to get you in and out, I'll be back again this week

Amazing hotel. Great sized and clean rooms. Once you enter hotel itsclean and a plaseasnt clean smell. It is pet friendly, didn't bother me and it was nice to see that accommodation for people with pets. I'd stay here again for sure. The only issue was our bathtub didn't hold water for a bath for our kids. Other than that super nice, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast is 7am to 10 am but we couldn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that. 5 gold stars for sure ! Adding pics of our room (as you can see the kids wanted their stuffies in the pics.

Was very welcomed when I arrived. Excellent customer service, with the girl that checked me in being exceptional! High in the top 2 of all-time check-in experiences. I cannot remember her name but will try to find out. (arrived last Thursday 8th at approx 530 pm in case you want to look it up). She has customer service down to a T! You should have her working in a capacity of teaching others. I travel weekly for work, through every corner of Ontario, and routinely stay in Holiday Inns wherever I can
