Manager is very friendly and personable, I enjoyed our interactions. Room is kinda shabby chic cute, very comfortable and quaint. It wasnt perfectly clean, but didnt feel dirty or gross, just homey. My dog was welcomed, the neighbors were nice, the rooms are well insulated and quiet. All in all, an enjoyable and affordable stay. Very recommended!

This little cottage-type motel on the strip had everything we needed for a night of rest and rejuvenation. The operator was kind, friendly and made us feel like we were his number one priority. Really, the type of person to person helpfulness that makes one feel valued as a customer. Thank you.

I absolutely this place. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, we had a room with a kitchenette, 2 burner stove, sink, which provided dish soap, free wifi, the locks were amazing as there was no need for keys or a card. There are random pins for the doors they give you. Pet friendly, close to lake superior. Definitely would stay again.

Towels were not adequate. Fridge wasn't defrosted or cleaned out. Only 1 of 2 burners worked. Not enough dishes or utensils, nothing to use for cooking. Had to turn the cold water tap on to get hot water, hot for cold. Had a power bar but no place to plug it in because it was attached to the dresser. Not enough light especially around cooking area. Small mat at door, get wet feet no place to put boots.
