We started our paddle through Peterborough from Doreen's place. We had a good night's sleep and were delighted with easy access to the canal. Doreen is a gracious host and the suite was wonderful. Many thanks for the delicious muffins that fueled the morning paddle.

Nice and quiet location. Well kept suites with kitchen and everything we need. The kids had a fun time watching grandpa fed the alpacas. Excellent place to relax and enjoy. Thanks Doreen for her hospitality! Highly recommended.

The Liftlock Bed and Breakfast is amazing, for many reasons. Doreen is one of the kindest people I have ever met! The property is close to anything you'd want to experience in the city, while feeling like the quiet countryside. The canal is beautiful, and the rooms are very quaint and nice. Honestly, the Liftlock B&B is perfect, and definitely a good option for experiencing Peterborough.

I recently stayed at liftlock bed and breakfast. It is tucked away at the end of a quiet road along the Trent Canal. The grounds are beautiful kept and the accommodation very clean and comfortable. Doreen is a gracious hostess and her dogs are friendly and no bother to guests. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

Beautiful place on the Trent Canal. I like the privacy of the cottage. Clean. So much better than any hotel in my view.
