Had a great experience staying here. Owners were extremely nice and welcoming. They knew the area well and had good recommendations for nearby restaurants or spots to visit. Also, they made a breakfast that was healthy and great tasting. Thanks again for helping make our trip one for the books!

We stayed at the Seaway Manor B&B for unfortunately only one night which was far too short of a stay. Hosts made us feel like friends rather than customers. Accommodations were beautiful and walking distance to all local attractions. Home made baking was delicious. The only suggestion we would have would be to have more than four cookies on the plate!!

This charming 1880-something house is in a perfect location, only steps away from great dining, theatre, pubs and the Thousand Islands waterfront at Gananoque. From the moment that we walked through the front door and were greeted by Peter and Colin, we knew that we made the right choice. The combination of old charm and modern conveniences is the perfect balance in this well-appointed property. It is obvious in all of the fine details that a Colin and Peter have considered everything. The rooms are well-equipped, roomy, yet cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. The bathroom was spotless and very well-equipped with modern fixtures. Little details in the room like fresh homemade cookies and make-up wipes did not go unnoticed (or uneaten, in the case of the cookies). We enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine on the Muskoka chairs on the front lawn before heading down to the waterfront for the evening. It was so peaceful and the neighbourhood is so enchanting. Our hosts checked in on us a couple of times while passing, yet were completely respectful of our privacy. Upon request, Peter brought us a wine glass and provided us with some ice. I'm sure that the shirt off his back would have been provided if we had asked. Last but not least was the incredible breakfast. This is not a continental breakfast nor a basic diner fare - it was amazing. We had poached eggs served on English muffins with feta cheese and basil, along with a full side of breakfast sausages and homemade jams that were divine. We didn't eat lunch on Sunday thanks to Colin's culinary skills and the hearty portions. Thank you for everything, gentlemen. You're a class act and we wholeheartedly look forward to returning.

Thanks Colin and Peter for being great hosts . Love your Bed and Breakfast! Wonderful atmosphere, felt like home. Your attention to detail showed in the care you take to have a clean property and in the way you treated up. The breakfast were awesome. Your location to the water way and other ammenities is a great benifit. We will return soon. Your knowlegde of the area and activites happening in town was helpful. R&C
