Our stay here was absolutely horrible. We sat up front for almost 20 minutes before someone helped us. The beds were rock solid. The pillows were only big enough for a small child. The lights in the pool area were not working. The breakfast was soo horrible only bagels and yogurt with a couple other things. The service when we wanted to check out was horrible. And to top it all off the room SMELLED HORRIBLE.

I was very disappointed in our stay. My bed Fram was broke and had blocks of wood to support it sticking out from underneath. Our bathtub had black/gray staining all in the inside bottom. ( were you would stand) The hallway smelled of garbage, and everything was very outdated. Breakfast left you hungry! I didn’t have the heart to complain to the staff ( I can say the staff was all very nice) while I was checking out. The poor man behind the counter had someone complaining that the clock in their room was sparking. The next lady also complained that they didn’t have air conditioning, but thanked them for the fan...On a good note no bed beds and I was allowed my dog! 2 stars only because of the employees!

Very high quality for the price! The furnishing is very well thought out and luxurious for the price. The pool is not bad and friendly staff.

My family stayed the night of 7-6-18 and it was BEYOND FILTHY!!! Coffee in the pot, hair in the fridge, dirty tub, old food under the nightstand. Towels had spots. I ended up going to the store to buy my own pillows because I didn’t trust theirs. Didn’t receive a discount or offer to change rooms. Everything was booked so we were forced to stay here and I would never stay there again. Highly disappointed in the stay and would not recommend it at all.

Horrible. Overpriced for what we got. The room smelled like feet, there was only 3 towels in the room when I had booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, there was no information on the area, channel listing for the t.v. or an alarm clock in the room. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for more towels twice and when we came back after doing stuff around town housekeeping had left our door open! Luckily nothing was missing but very unprofessional. Will never stay here again.
