Exceptional hotel with amazing staff! The rooms were very comfortable and clean; it even had a swimming pool and hot tub, perfect after a long and tiring day. Paris at the front desk provided me with a speedy check-in with a great show of professionalism. I also have to mention Gary, the front desk manager, who assisted me with a minor problem with my reservation and went above and beyond to follow-up, ensuring that my stay was pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Markham.

Initially great hotel and nice amenities... until I woke up to find a family of Cockroaches in my suitcase. Hotel offered discount off my next stay .... but why would I even consider another stay. Anyways lots of other options around the area.

Great price for what we got. Room is clean and nice. Washroom was stylish. The only issue is that the doors have a gap between the door and the floor so they can hear your whole conversation and theres not enough privacy. I would stay there again for the price I paid.

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel with good prices. I will definitely come back to Park Inn. Hotel front desk is polite and welcoming. And front desk manager, his name is Gary, he gave me very good guest services!!! Wonderful accommodation!!!!

4 years ago it was amazing, this year, well it's just a low end hotel with everything being broken. My night lamp was flickering, asked to be fix and the staff only unplugged and replugged. Still continued to flicker so I didn't bother. The in room sofa was extremely uncomfortable so we decided to turn it into a bed (could be folded out) but guess what, that too was broken.. so basically the sofa in the room was just for decoration. The toilet flush too was broken, it keep leaking but thank god with the toilet door closed we don't hear it but if it wasn't for the door is go crazy. Should you go there? Well if it's last minute and you are just going to stay one night and save a few penny, sure I guess. But if you plan a little vacation and want to stay for more then 1 night, absolutely not. Anywhere else in the area would be better. The ONLY good thing I have to say was that the reception staff were very kind.
