Memorable stay here! Best Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed in, very clean as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommended things to do around town and restaurants to eat at. Perfect location right on the wharf - many fun activities right next door. Right on the lake - a very peaceful and pleasant place!

By far one of my best stay- cations. Husband and I stayed here for a week for our 1 year anniversary. Amazing suite. Amazing amazing staff :) love the balcony and chairs provided. Unlimited supply of tea / coffee. Hotel surprised us with complimentary chocolates , champagne glasses and bottle of bubbly. The surrounding harbour area was great for exploring! Cute little stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would visit here again most definitely.

Very clean hotel(Good job staff!), quiet location, friendly front desk staff were always smiling, and a full breakfast with eggs & breakfast sausage. Situated right next to the Discovery Centre and on the board walk which is a very short stroll to multiple restaurants and shops right on the water(2min walk). Perfect location to be the home base for day trips to Bala, Port Carling and others in the area. We are very picky with hotels, this one is a gem you won't regret.

My wife and I have purposely sought out this wonderful location in Muskoka. The rooms are well appointed; ask for a lake view. Challenges: the breakfast experience is akin to a pack of hungry wolves so avoid it and go to the Wolff Cafe across from the Hotel.

My husband and I were looking for a short get-a-way. Our dates of stay were April 12-15. We were so impressed. The rooms are pristine. There is some construction going on, on the lower floors, but it wasn't at all intruding. The rates were very good, staff helpful, and it was quiet. We would go back in a heartbeat!
