I'm saying 4 stars not because of it being considered a 4 star hotel. But for the money 70 to 80 dollars after paying Trudeau's account is not bad. Service is good, breakfast is cereal and toast basically, the rooms were tidy and sheets were clean other than 1 small hole in the blanket. Wall behind the drawer had some splatter of candle wax or something but AC worked better than many hotels so all in all if all you want is a decent place to stay the night without a 4k screen and other top notch features this is a good place to get comfy rest.

Great location to spend the next day visiting the falls. Free parking which is hard to find. To be clear this is a super 8 so I'm happy with all it had to offer. Friendly at check-in, clean rooms, comfortable beds, didn't use the pool because we arrived late but maintenance was out testing the water in the morning. Perfect for just a place to crash and shower.

June 30 was my birthday and my daughter took me to Niagira falls. When we got to the hotel late it want even ready. Our room was filthy and we were right beside the maintenance room. The room was a box. Very disappointed. False advertisement because the pictures on the site and the wonderful customer service I received on the phone was not the same. Luckily we found a star and a secure place to enjoy our vacation

The room smelled like tobacco which was a bit jarring. The room was well appointed with a double bed and a table. The air conditioning was excellent. Its a good hotel for budget conscious trips. It does have a pool and an attached restaurant though the restaurant is only open until 3.The continental breakfast was a little disappointing but again a good hotel for the budget-conscious

When we booked our room the guy told us the price and then we paid. Lobby looked very gross. He followed us out of the lobby chasing after us, telling us he charged us the wrong price because the room we got actually had a fridge in it and that would be an extra $10. We told he we didn't need a fridge and if we could get a different room that was the same price point that would be preferred. He then informed us that there were no other rooms available. Even though the parking lot was empty. So we paid the extra $10, and then fridge wasn't even plugged in so it wasn't cold enough to even use by the time we left. Also we were wanting to use the pool but it closes at like 7pm or something and doesn't open until 10am. So if your wanting to be there for only one night, you basically can't use it.
