Very poorly managed. They initially tried to stick us in smoking rooms, even though we had booked non smoking rooms two months earlier, claiming they had run out of non smoking rooms. Then non smoking rooms magically appeared, though still smelt like smoke. The blankets had cigarette burns. The power outlet was dangling out of the wall. The floor hadn't even been vacuumed, and there were pubic hairs in the bath tub. There were stains on the pillow cases and the sheets. The little shampoos had been opened and used. Gross. Avoid, unless you don't care about hygiene.

Great Stay Close to Niagara on the Lake and all the amusements. Lots of room for parking and it was close to our room. The motel itself is a few minute walk away from a lot of nice shopping plazas. Room was very clean and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. All services were up to par an a very friendly staff. Hotel room was pre-cooled in advance to check in. Definitely recommend staying.

The only positive thing about our stay was how sweet the desk staff were. Other than that it was horrible. The mini fridge was covered in mold on the inside. The wall and carpet had what looked like BLOOD splatters/stains on them. The carpet wasn't INSTALLED it was just cut and laid down exposing the floor underneath and we kept tripping on it. There were multiple arguments right outside our door throughout the night. In fact there was not ONE moment of silence the entire night. From people arguing, cars just sitting there blasting their music, people yelling/partying, couples MOANING extremely loudly. It seems like most of the guests actually lived there. The whole experience was horrible.

This place was my biggest mistake they don't clean the rooms while you stay there I had to go everyday and ask for wash cloths beds were not made on a daily basis and the entire compound is dated Please don't be fooled by the name Canada's Best Value Inn and continental breakfast is scrambled eggs every single day I Kidd you not and the oatmeal 👎very sad
