This is an interesting hotel. Being a Californian, I am not used to an indoor pool. But I swam in the morning and it was very nice. I wouldn't want to stay in one of the rooms on the courtyard as they must get the noise from the pool area but with children maybe it would be fun. We had a room in "the tower" and it was quiet and up to date. The staff was helpful when we checked in and found our first room assignment unsatisfactory so they kindly offered us another room. The Irish Pub on the Lobby has delicious food. We ordered like Americans with burgers and fries and the beef was extremely fresh. The sweet potato fries were out of this world.

We have been frequent guests to this motel and we would not go to any other motel in Niagara Falls as our first choice. Clean and inviting rooms, very friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere in the pool area courtyard. One more very special characteristic of this motel is the innovative and the forward-looking management policies to all very important aspects for the guests, from the best mattresses and pillows in the industry to the innovative climate control, shower dispensers and room decors. Way to go, Canada! Smart and very naturally friendly staff! We are just so happy to visit here and we ourselves feel that we guests should reward the hard working maids here at the best possible level!

excellent customer service. during my stay, in the middle of the night. the room close to mine has one really unhappy couples. they fighting, screaming and yelling all night. i can hear very clearly. then called the front desk around 11:30 pm. they send security to check several times. final ended the noise by that husband left. the pool and kids zone is fun, my son love it. Breakfast is super yummy and server are nice. will definitely visit next time. the most important: May i know the brand of your shampoo and conditioner? where can i get them. make my hair shiny and smoothie. i love it!

IF there was a possibility to give 10 stars then this hotel so deserve it. From the moment you walk into the lobby you are greeted by a front desk staff with such great caring personality. The staff are great and will go above and beyond to assist you with whatever form of assistance you need. This place comes highly recommended by me!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best hotels in Niagara falls...and THE nicest pool area of all the hotels. No overpowering 'chlorine smell' as you swim, hot tub, lay pool side, play in the arcade, or sit outside your room in a feeling of perpetual summer (indoor courtyard). Excellent job on the recent renovation to the lobby. I love how the artwork now pays tribute to the local history (ex War of 1812, Battle of Lundy's Lane) and the new cladding and colors chosen set this off perfectly. Clean premises, nice rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Their attached restaurant (renovated a few years ago), is an Irish style pub with a great menu.
