The hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are decorated nicely and have bright colors in them. This hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Two fast food chains and an ice chain, connected to the hotel. The only time we used our car, was when we went to other cities. We paid over $500 for 3 nights, they did not have a continental breakfast AND they charge you $12 a day for parking! For parking, really? I am paying to stay at your hotel and I have to pay to park there?? That's some bull! I didn't not see the fee listed on their website either.

This was a great hotel. It's a relatively close location to everything and has most of your needs close by. The rooms were decent: nothing super modern, nothing super clean, just standard. Definitely could look nicer and could be cleaner. However, the staff was good and friendly and I have no complaints other than what I already mentioned. Would stay here again

Not bad. Not the best. The building is a bit old and I can tell that they've renovated at some point in the past 5 or so years. The quality of the beds is great. The pool facility is really good. The room was perhaps a 5/10. The location is good. Close to everything. Parking leaves a lot to desire though. For a budget stay, I'd do it again.

Location was optimal. The superior room was the only room available and it was beautiful! I've stayed at this hotel many times and this room impressed me. Guest services has been better in previous experiences here but I will return

Nice stay for the money. Clean room. Easy courteous check in. Short walk to Niagara Falls and other landmark attractions. I suggest a balcony view room if available. Did not like the fact that they charge an extra $12 per night for parking. Great Italian food a few doors down at Mama Mias' restaurant.
