This place is under renovations (sic!). The rooms are delapidated. My dresser was missing a knob and the electric outlet had come away from the wall. And that's the good news. The included breakfast is truly horrible. I mistakenly took one bite out of a cold, leathery omelet. There was a different meat each day but they were invariably ill-cooked and lukewarm. I won't be back. On a good note, the staff were friendly and helpful. That's the only reason I gave the 2 stars.

Coffee was terrible. The containers were actually unbearable. Can't believe they call themselves the quality inn while serving that. It was an alright experience but they need to step it up to stay competitive

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Fraud! Sham! This location use to be a Marriott. When it was sold, I had called the new management well in advance of my upcoming trip to cancel with them. I was told I'd be getting a cancellation confirmation via email. None came. I called 5x. I then called my AMEX card and gave a heads-up that I could not get a confirmation. Sure enough, the hotel charged me. AMEX ate the cost for me because they, too, could not get a response from this joke of a management place. There are plenty of other great places to stay in the Oakville area, so go elsewhere.

This place is a dive. It is under renovations but it is totally worn out. The towels had stains, the sheets had holes, the room was not clean, the desk staff could care less, breakfast was poor, stains on the walls, room was wore out, it just sucked. Even when it is renovated it will not get cleaned properly because it is obvious that the staff does not care. Look at my pictures

The staff was very accommodating, and friendly. Even though they were renovating, the suite was excellent as we're the complentary cookies
