Anybody but especially groups/teams should avoid this hotel at all costs. The general manager has no issue charging customers credit cards outrageous amounts who accidentally broke a dirty dated glass light insert in the hall(so old the hotel told us they haven’t been made in years). To that point the facility is very dated and in need of reno’s throughout but especially the pool area as it struggles to accommodate even a few people comfortably. There are lots of great hotel options in Muskoka so continue your search elsewhere as you will be disappointed if you settle for this one.

Enviting front lobby. The conference room we were in was the perfect size for our small group. Nice and clean. Professional, with a touch of coziness.

Great location. Clean and quiet. There were a bunch of sports teams there the night we stayed and even though they were up all night we didn't hear a thing.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Facilities clean and room was lovely. A good sélection of food at brakfast.

Clean. Comfy beds. Pool avail on site. Small fitness room. Breakfast included. Love the close proximity to many stores across street (restaurants, groceries, Dollar Tree etc).
