The actual room was clean and what we had hoped for. Unfortunately the check-in was a bit of a nightmare. We arrived to the hotel at 2:30PM. We are told that we cannot check-in until 3PM. I queried whether any rooms were available for check-in (I found it difficult to believe that there was not a single room available at 2:30PM), and was rudely told “we have 74 rooms to clean and only 3 staff”. Okay, we will wait the 30 minutes. We wait until 3:05PM, and we are told “we are not sure if your room is clean, you can go check”. We go up the stairs to a dirty room. I have never in all of my years of staying in a hotel been told to check the status of my own hotel room. We go back downstairs, she says “you’ll have to wait”. It is 3:50 by the time the room is ready for us... these things do haopen, set-backs occur and waiting is not the end of the world - however it was truly the consistent negativity and attitude, and being sent to a dirty right room, that made the overall checkin experience negative. The facilities person (not usually a cleaner, he explained) did clean our room for us and he was very nice! It’s a week later and I still find it hard to wrap my head around the fact that we had to go check if our room was cleaned .. and when it was still dirty, we were not given another room or even apologized to. We’re very understanding people generally, but it felt like the hotel did not even want our business... I would not stay again.

Service was fantastic, wings are among the best in town. Reasonably priced, lots of space, not real loud and easy to carry a conversation. Great for larger groups.

Pool area is nice with a slide and an excellent hot tub. Rooms are a little dated but super clean and the beds are very comfy. Staff is friendly and overall we had a great experience here.

This was my 2nd stay here. My first stay was pleasant as I was in main building. This time I'm basically in a cheap motel on the other side of parking lot. I'm supposed to be here for 2 days but going to leave at 1 and seek other hotels. I basically stay in a hotel every night and with the bugs and the outdated nasty smelly rooms this has to be one of the worst experiences. Usually I can count on days inn. Seems the only consist hotels are best western and comfort inn.

WiFi doesn't stay connected. I had dirty towels in the bathroom, had to get changed. Room's small. No bedside/night stands. Funny odor. Not as updated as advertised. No elevator. Amenities list Business Centre, however no printer available for guests. Bed was comfortable, and liked the HD TV.
