We had our wedding here last year, and we felt super lucky to have such a great team to work with. Amanda and Victoria where absolutely fantastic helping us plan everything. The banquets team where amazing and accommodating. Our family adored Alex and Kody. The whole team went above and beyond. The food was great, the chefs are also amazing and accommodating. Super friendly hotel staff and our families who stayed where also all very happy with their stay. Great experience overall, highly recommend!

A pleasant hotel near the waterfront in downtown Kingston. Rooms are outdated but acceptable. Good amenities, including: fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Overall, the hotel is family friendly and has a pool. Staff are polite and professional, although knowledge of hotel policies varies greatly depending on the staff: very annoying to get different answers from different people for the same question. Large, underground parking available for $18/day. Complimentary breakfast was great, from the hotel restaurant.

Awful check in experience with front desk. Girl was rude and treated me as though I was a huge inconvenience. I called down later about a wake up alarm and expressed that It was very important and I was told that it would be done. Next morning, no wake up call. Thank goodness I had set my own alarm in case. Staff needs more training in good customer service. The hotel is nice enough otherwise, if a bit dated. The restaurant has good food and some great beer selections. Other staff were polite at check out, and my breakfast and dinner servers were friendly, hence the two stars instead of one.

Love this place, the only place I will stay in Kingston. I travel occasionally for business to Kingston and always stay here. The GM is great and I have always received great service with all staff. If I had any complaint would be to have a bigger gym but it does the job.

The hotel is very nice, good condition, rooms clean, location is brilliant - steps to the waterfront. The rooms were warm but at night I like them cold and the air conditioner just behaved like a fan and did little to cool the room down (to be fair, it was April, but any hotel I've stayed in, I could make it cool with internal controls). Thankfully we could open up a window. This is really 4.5 out of 5 and if I wasn't so particular about room temp, it would be a 5 out of 5. Would stay again.
