The location is great and the games area, pool and water slides are a hit with the kids. Have stayed a few times now and noticed consistently that the heating/air conditioning in my room hasn't worked as well as expected. It seemed to be unable to adequately heat/cool. Rooms have been updated some and the beds were decent. I feel the hotel is priced too high for the area and what you get. Unfortunately there aren't many options in the area so I will likely stay again when I return as it's the best option with a family.

Great hotel! Stopped in for one night on our way home from the States. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities of the hotel. Lots of indoor activities for kids, table tennis, basketball court, climbing apparatus, etc. Nice warm pool with slides, and lifeguards on duty. Friendly, helpful staff! We will be back next summer for a longer stay!

What a great over night get a way!! Checked in on a Saturday afternoon and checked out Sunday morning. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Bar staff Saturday night was very friendly and knowledgeable about our drink choices. Pool was clean and we'll kept. Room was clean and view from our 3rd floor balcony was spectacular. Stephanie, (the lady that checked us in and out) was very friendly and very helpful with all my questions. This hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations!! We were reluctant to stay because of the previous Pelee Days Inn reputation. We will absolutely be back! Thank you to the staff of the Best Western Leamington for making our overnight adventure a blast! :) Beneteau family

To be fair, I will give the hotel 1 star, it seemed to be clean. We were part of a large group staying at the hotel for a wedding - there were 26 rooms pre-booked for the occasion and several more rooms booked above that. We arrived at our room around 2pm, to find the air broken - we called the front desk and they sent someone up right away - he tinkered with the thermostat and left without saying anything. We had to leave to attend the wedding shortly after. @ 12am, we came back to find the air still not working - we called AGAIN. Again they sent someone who after trying everything - could not get the air to work. In the end - we were offered another room at an UP-CHARGE, so we checked out. The front desk did not care if we checked out - I think she was happy that she didn't have to deal with the issue. Considering that this hotel is off the beaten path - I would think that they would want people to have a great experience, and want to come back - this was not the issue for us.

Great pool and water slides. Kids will enjoy this hotel. There were couple of issues i had. Ac was not cooling and was loud and both my rooms keys just did not work even after reprogramming them.
