Came from Chicago and stopped over for the night heading back to Toronto, and this place was just perfect! STAFF - really accommodating, smiley, helpful, and was just awesome! Special shout out to Anthony who checked us in. PLACE - I was bringing my puppy with us, and they didnt have any problems about it. The rooms were clean and the facilities were quite convenient BREAKFAST - They had breakfast i think was from 7 to 10 and was just delicious. Would definitely check in here if ever am in the area. Super happy!

Amazing customer service. The front desk was willing to find nearby restaurants and laundromats even though I told them I could easily Google it myself. Also, ran out of tissue paper for which they had one delivered to my door within the next 30 mimutes. Whenever I think of good customer service examples, the big banks usually come to mind, however, this time, I will think of this hotel. Highly recommended.

Not bad but the bed wasn't comfy. Location was fine given I was visiting the university. Not very much close for amenities but there are some food options. It's on one of the busiest border crossings in the world so expect to hear trucks but it never kept me up. I was early arriving and asked if the front desk would hold my luggage. While I waited in the lobby I saw he didn't put my luggage away. He left it next to the front desk. I didn't appreciate this and took my luggage with me for my meetings.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We came in with a big group and were noisier than we should have been. Rather than come in and simply raise a stink about it, they offered some alternative places to hang out without making a big deal out of it. There were several groups on our floor and not once did we notice any issues. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast (some hot, some cold, make your own waffles). Not one thing I could complain about!

This hotel room has a great location near the boarder and many food choices within a 5 minute walk and 15 minute drive. There is a pool and gym in the hotel with great hours, and complimentary breakfast each morning with a lot to choose from. Fruits, yogurt, eggs, waffles, meat. They have it all. Great place, highly recommend it.
