I cannot think anyone with stardards would give this place a higher rating than a 2, for location. This place is dirty, noisy, Not secure, staff are rude and extremely unorganized. Mattresses on the stairs, dirty towels, no wifi, stained carpets, etc. Not worth the extra $ saved. Go to a proper hotel.

Our 1st experience at Bexon Rooms was great. They provided a very comfortable, home-like feel to it unlike any other hotel room I've ever stayed at. I recently stayed at a so called "Big Name" Hotel chain and after 1 night's sleep I felt as if my kidney's were about to burst because of their terrible beds. Bexon Rooms easily had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, if not anywhere. The price was more than reasonable, especially considering it is right downtown Windsor on Ouellette Ave. I would 100% recommend this to any one looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable hotel with a high class feel. Just without the high class prices. Awesome service. 5 Stars!

Their website says "Bexon Rooms has the small luxury hotel atmosphere".....wow was that misleading. I would describe it as a "Motel 6 atmosphere" at best. The staff was friendly I'll give them points for that, but the room itself was very disappointing. The pictures on their website make it look like everything is brand new and luxurious, it's not. The carpet is low grade industrial, the paint is scratched up, the bathtub looked so bad I wouldn't even consider taking a shower. To top it off there was a very loud party going on the 3rd floor right above our room. The party went on until 4 am and concluded with a shouting match right outside our window. This would make a decent hostel for traveling college students but for someone looking for a luxury experience I would recommend looking elsewhere. update 11/10 - the manager called to apologize so I took it from one star to two
