Hardwood Haven is a fantastic experience for anyone looking for more than just a place to stay. Ty and Fay have done an amazing job restoring the century house into a perfect blend of modern B&B service while retaining the history and charm of the house. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms that were able to accommodate our large wedding party of 10 plus people. The breakfast times were flexible with delicious food fresh readily available. It’s an incredible experience full of history and relaxation. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic restored home. Fay and Ty have done an amazing job hosting us for a wedding we attended in Listowel. The breakfast is fresh and ready on time. There is a wide variety of history in each room filled with antique furnishings and if you wish Ty or Fay will give as much of the history regarding each piece. Breakfast is farm fresh local food. As far as hosts go you could not ask for anyone better. They are more then willing to sit and chat or to leave you to your own.

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks. Price is quite reasonable and if you wish to experience village ppl's qualities, this is definitely place i recommend, The owners are one of the most wholesome and hygienic people I've met. Only downside is that the place itself is old, but they renovated the place beautifully and the lady running this place practically cleans non stop. No dust for three weeks, even in dark corners and window tops.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. We certainly enjoyed our breakfast chats. Thanks for making a difficult time for my family just that much easier.

Great place to stay! The decor is great, had a chance to stay before our wedding and tour the suite, looking forward to it!
