Location was good for the theatre. Our room wasn't ready so they gave us a different one but two attempts to get that right. For room only this was comfortable.

The staff where generally nice and one was particularly helpful. Room was tiny, but not uncomfortable. The biggest complaint is wifi. That was incredibly frustrating to deal with especially if you have work and emails to send to those you are working for and with. Therefore, if you are also doing some work while on vacation do not use this hotel. Wifi was hardly working in my room when it is needed very frustrating. Otherwise use it.

Looks weird from the outside and even the reception is a bit funky, but the rooms were fine and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary water and option for tea were nice.

This place is great for short stays. The rooms are nice and cosy and wonderfully decorated, the floors are heated and they're also very clean. The staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Absolutely awful. Rude staff. Room changed from double to twin. Bare wiring. Dangerous carpets. Very noisy. Lift not working. Just don't.
