The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the bathroom is great. Unfortunately there are two points which are not optimal. 1. No air condition. The room gets incredibly hot. So the window is the only chance to get at least some cool air. But with open window, point two has great impact... 2. A police station is in direct neighborhood, producing a lot of noise. These two points made it very hard for us to get some sleep and should be considered especially in summer.

Stayed at the Hotel days for one night to attend a work event nearby. The hotel was clean and the open plan lobby was nice. Slightly confusing as to where the check desk was as it is just a table in the middle of the lobby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. Overall a good hotel in London for business.

I've stayed here a few times now, and every time has been great. All the staff are polite, the rooms were tidy and the breakfast is superb. Even better is the price, so cheap!

Met expectations. The rooms were very cheap, but you get what you pay for. Pros: the bed was comfy, the room was cheap, fairly centrally located. Cons: The Continental breakfast was severely lacking. The rooms do not have fridges or safes. The room was incredibly warm, but only had a fan that was only partially functional. The room was also lacking in power outlets, having only 4 total, two of which being used by the TV and fan. The TV had inputs accessible, but it was locked down to prevent going to the input channels, so people like me that bring their own media to connect shouldn't expect it to work. The bed also didn't have topsheets, which puts you directly against the comforter, which probably doesn't get washed too often.

Perfectly acceptable city centre hotel. Rooms are a bit quirky and small because of odd shaped building. Continental breakfast was a bit lacking but was cheap so get what you pay for. Great burgers at Steam Engine just around the corner.
