The hotel was nice with a very good location. It was a block away from Russell Square station (Piccadilly line). It was walking distance to British Library, British Museum, and King's Cross Station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side, but rooms in big cities are always smaller. The bed was comfortable enough and came with multiple types of pillows. The water in the bathroom was odd. It was always hot and required to run for 2 minutes to get any cold water. Other than that, we didn't have any problems.

Good place to stay. Very centrally located. The rooms are very neat and tidy and the bathrooms very clean. The staff are very polite and the food is nice. The breakfast spread is good but we got a repeat of the same menu every day for the 13 days we stayed there.

Great place to stay while in london. Close to hop on hop off bus. Friendly staff and some good local restaurants near the place that won't cost an arm and a leg which give you a good feel for the local people. Concierge was very friendly and gave good advice on some of the local places to dine.

Room was clean, and facilities are well maintained. The hotel is very close to great restaurants, and the underground station. Be sure to grab a bite to eat at 49 cafe! It's less than a block away.

Nice little hotel in a good location. Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from. Knocked one star off because they tested fire alarms at 7am on a Saturday waking us up abruptly after a night out. Twice. Other than that good service all round.
