Good customer service. Rare find as it's cheap but location is central. The toilet ceilings in the lower ground rooms a little bit mouldy. Exhaust fans not helping. Overall a good stay. Would come back depending on how this hotel would look like after the renovation.

Upon arrival to room found room full of flies. A couple of flies wouldn’t be an issue, however there were 20-30 flies buzzing around the room. We asked Reception to please leave the windows shut and killed all flies ourself. The next day same issue told reception who came up with fly spray and filled the room with fly spray to kill the flies. Had the exact same issue arriving back to the room that evening. Room again full of flies and again notified reception, who blamed cleaners for leaving the windows open. This continued for the week of our stay and was never resolved. Poor management. Man at reception also has poor English and poor communication skills

Avoid like the plague if you want to avoid catching it!! AVOID AVOID !! Lumpy mattress, live electrical wires in several places hanging down, dirty floors, cracked tiles, nowhere to sit or move room is so small Manager belching so loud you can hear him in the room. Manager trying to touch my luggage after eating curry with his fingers I told the manager that I was dissatisfied but as it was prepaid he refused to give a discount/refund

I stayed here for 3 nights in the single room with shared bathroom on the whole it was very good value for money and a good location with Victoria underground/rail station within easy walking distance. The room wa small and compact but big enough for the single traveller. I would definitely use this hotel again. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with anything.

No respect or care for guests once paid in full. Hotel is old, mould-infested causing breathing health problems, no air-conditioning and rude staff who refuses to provide amenities clearly stated on the booking, next to noisy pub, no sound-insulation. We booked a double room and were eventually given single room instead and the owner refuses multiple times to apologies nor refund because the "single room cost the same as the double room". We fell into the trap thinking the hotel pictures looked modern for the price and are regretting our decision to book. We (2 people) booked for a double room with Netflix for 4 nights in June because the interiors of the rooms looked modern. We were given a room in the lower level. The entire level had a damp foul smell. The bathroom ceiling was speckled in mould, ventilating fan not working and covered in dust. Room had no fans and window was (illegally) blocked from the outside. Request for staff to inspect the room was refused by staff who was rude & indifferent, insisting we had to wait till the morning. Also room had no Netflix despite clearly written. Staff said "not my fault" and continued to watch cricket online. Next day we were told to find our own hotel elsewhere or stay in another room (single room) while "the owner who was on holiday" sought alternatives. This was a lie as we were never told of any other alternatives. After we left, they formally refused any refund because they consider the replacement single room was "same value" to the double room booked. Substandard room is a risk with any cheap hotel. But deceitful behavior in providing false advertising info on booking sites and purposefully making false promises about finding other rooms or refund is unethical and unacceptable. There are many hotels in this area of London. Even if the price is cheap, why risk when there are many similar priced hotels with better reviews? Hotel now reported for breach of UK heath safety and consumers rights regulations.
