The staff, esp. the reception and the servers / hosts in the restaurant were gentle, pleasing and helping. They are very understanding and try their best to help you even when they are at their busiest. The hotel in itself is ideally located in Central London. The breakfast buffet, even though it remains the same everyday, is quite elaborate. Tip - Do try and ask for a room with a decent view (I got a BT Tower view, which was honestly exciting), otherwise, you may end up with a room with windows opening towards the centre space of the structure, facing other rooms' windows.

Proper hotel for a city trip or short stay. Rooms are not very sizable, but everything is clean and looks good. Friendly staff and service; I experienced a small maintenance issue in my room but this was solved within minutes upon asking. Public transportation nearby; Underground station around the corner. Recommended when visiting London!Nice

Well located far enough from the main areas to be quiet for a good night's sleep. The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. We ate at the bar which was a pleasant and the guys were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good, certainly considering the hotel was extremely busy. Again the staff were all very welcoming and helpful with special requests. Certainly be back, 5 minutes from our London office I'm annoyed I hadn't stayed here sooner!

Very well located, and not unreasonably priced. Decent enough breakfast. Clean room and nice staff. It should be noted that the hotel is not responsible for the car park underneath which is very expensive. If you are going to use it, best book in advance through NCP. Still pricey but it'll save you a few quid.

Executive room was great. Clean, well equipped and came with a couple of sweet treats. However I did not like the coffee bags provided. Yuk. Coffee in a tea bag? I get the concept, the taste not so much. A small gripe that doesn’t affect the review. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was decent, although I didn’t go all out. The location is close to Great Portland Street underground and there a few nice restaurants within walking distance.
