The room did not look like the rooms on the website. Our bathroom was the size of a toilet. The shower was right next to it and the bathroom was soaked after a shower. Not to mention, the immense mildew problem with no sufficient ventilation. There was no counter space in the bathroom. No attractive bedding, it was a bare minimum room. The breakfast was not good either. For over $200 per night, we would never use comfort inn again. Unfortunately, being on vacation, we didn’t devote the time to find another lodging. This is the very time I spent the time to voice my opinion on an accommodation.

The location and staff were great but the facilities were lacking. My room was in the basement and it was very loud. Ironically, even though I could hear every footstep in the hallway the maid who arrived to turn over my room at 830am couldn't hear my shouts telling her to come back and she walked in on me. No harm done. Just know what you're getting here. It was clean and there was a bed and private bathroom. But, it's not high end.

A relatively inexpensive spot nice and close to Victoria station. Not fancy, but for a bed to crash in and a breakfast to get you going in the morning it's ideal. As with another review, I did get walked in on by housekeeping and they got a show. Andre at the front desk was beyond helpful. I'd stay there again.

Tiniest room we ever stayed in after 30 years of traveling. The bathroom was smaller than a closet and smaller even than what you get on a cruise ship. No place to store ANYTHING in the bathroom — not even a towel. So tiny you could literally sit on the bowl and take care of business WHILE showering and shaving! No amenities in room to speak of, everything was dated and worn. Carpet frayed and dirty. No phones in room to call desk or make local calls. NOT handicapped accessible... especially breakfast room which is down a steep flight of stairs... couldn’t use elevator as it was broken the whole time we were here! Drain in our sink didn’t work either. Only slept because of being thoroughly exhausted from not sleeping on the plane, but could feel coils/springs through very thin mattress. The only positive thing I can say is that the two front desk people were very helpful in answering questions about stores, Subway etc... it is a five minute walk to Pimlico Underground station and a bit longer to Victoria station so in that regard it is convenient!

I actually think there is no excusr for not picking up a paint brush and painting tired walls. Room was so cramped. Even at 71.00 you deserve a clean room, decent pillow that is not flat and uncomfortable. Room felt stuffy, wifi not great. Shame they don't invest in their business. Good location. A good 10 min walk from Victoria station. My daughter didn't want to use shower. Even people on a budget have decent facilities at home, we've stayed in better hostels. 😔
