This was a very clean, well-organised hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was adequate in every respect. The bathroom was small but contained all the essentials. A very useful, reasonably-priced place to stay in an excellent central London location, easy for public transport and excellent restaurants.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

I just stopped over at the Best Western for one night and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The room was small and compact but super clean and it also had everything I needed in it. The receptionist Persida was super helpful and I really kind - would definitely stay again!

Hotel has no ac. Should state this. Room is very small. Bathroom door hits bed small. Reminded me of youth hostel. Give small fan that turns off after 2 hours. Breakfast should be free. Couldnt even eat eggs so nasty. Was going to change hotels but had to leave early on tours and needed to speak with manager who is only there in mornings.

Hotel offers a good product for the cost. Breakfast was great and staff very supportive to the needs of the guest. Location was very helpful being close to most major attractions. However I wouldn't recommend anything over a short stay due to required improvements to the maintenance program. (Maintenance meaning small items needing repair or replacement)
