Clean and good location, but not worth the money

Modernised guest house within stones throw of Kings Cross/St Pancras Stations & British Library. We had a large, clean & comfortable room with small but good bathroom. Breakfast - continental - good. The room was in the basement (I.e. no views) but warm and quiet (once you got used to the air-conditioner). Staff very nice and helpful (could leave cases). Would use again but try an upper room.

What a great spot we found here 250 metres from the Eurostar Station in London. Perfect. We thought it was going to be small and it was just the opposite. Spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was great too. Guy at the check-in desk was more than helpful and was tripping over himself to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for really and this was worth every penny.

Cheap and cheerful. You got what you paid for

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, comfortable and perfect location for Kings Cross Station, would definitely return.
