The room was a little bit small but we did only sleep in it so it was ok. I found the firm mattress suited my back and hips perfectly. The bed kept slipping away from the wall when we leant on the head board while sitting up in bed. Could have done with another pillow but I kept forgetting to ask. Within a good distance from kings cross station, approximately 7 minute walk. Plenty of food and drinking facilities nearby. Breakfast was continental and as much toast as you can eat. Would I stay here again, yes I probably would.

I stayed in a single room in the basement and it was like staying in a grave. The room was very small, which I didn't mind per se, but the light fixture in the hallway didn't have a light bulb in it and so it was always dark to get in and out of the room. The room itself was not clean, the sheets and pillow cases were not clean and they were not changed daily, the cleaner merely made the bed. I did get new towels everyday though. The bathroom was so tiny when you stood in the shower cubicle your bum literally touched the wall! There was so space to move at all and it was just not hygienic. I was woken up really early every morning by the sounds of doors banging and the very creaky wooden floors of the rooms above. It was impossible to sleep past 6 in the morning, really bad. Be warned that you have to hand in your keys every time you leave the "hotel" and get them back from reception when you get back, which is really inconvenient. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly. But for the money paid the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was very very lacking. Avoid.

This would be a nice place to stay except for ....Appalling mattresses, really they need to change them, I couldn't sleep properly. That and the bathroom... I could hardly seat on the toilet, so narrow a space it was... And paper walls... Pity cause it's very conveniently located and the receptionist was very kind

This hotel is walking distance from St, Pancras station and King Cross sub station. Great price. Staff is very nice. Hot continental breakfast. Free WIFI. The staff cleans your room daily. Fresh towels daily. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is because the beds are a little hard. The rooms are small, but has own shower and toilet. If we come back to London again, we will definitely will stay here again.

Absolutely rubbish I’m sorry. I know it’s a 2 star hotel but rooms very small the sheets smells and dusty everywhere. I’ve been in some bad hotels but this one is the worst so far. Seriously If you love anything in your day AVOID this “hotel” at all cost!
