A close family friend is staying there, we were invited inside, here room is very nice and has been refurbished recently. The rooms are very Hi Tech with a big smart tv , even in the singles. Very fancy intelligent LED lighting options in the room too. The only staff member we met was the night porter who was very polite and informative.

This hotel has small, modern rooms in an older style facade. It is expensive, as it is in London. We had an executive room, which was small, so the "cozy" rooms must be tiny. The location is great, close to Paddington Station and various restaurants nearby.

Absolutely exceptional. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything from staff to service to room to breakfast was of the highest quality and flawless. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting London.
