This hotel was not the usual Best Western. An older building renovated to a hotel. The rooms are very small, but we'll decorated and modern. The lobby is a coffee shop on the main floor. The continental breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. This hotel is located about 10 blocks north of the Marble Arch into the Arab quarter. Lots of Arab, Lebonese, and Turkish restaurants.

I had a basement room which was pretty bleak due to the lack of windows, but the room was well equipped and comfortable enough. The location is convenient for the tube but is hardly the most salubrious area of London! Would also benefit from better dining facilities.

Terrible experience - hotel location is terrible, breakfast is worse. Suspect my credit card got skimmed during check-in...do not go there

Small rooms. Small hotel. Light breakfast. But fresh rooms. Friendly staff. All you need. And super close to a great coffee. Only downside... a lot of traffic and noise from the street. But you shouldn't complain about that in a city like London if you live 10 minutes by foot from Marble Arch.

Aweful experience. No sheets on the bed. The reception is in a coffee shop. Elevator did not work. Was put in the basement with no windows. It’s more like a cell than a hotel room.
