Absolutely amazing experience. Took my girlfriend away for one night and the place was amazing. We had an amazing night in the HUGE bed and a great sleep. The staff were so kind and friendly and well presented. The rooms were nice and tidy along with all the corridors. We spent the morning in the spa as we got late checkout and we loved it. We were both at peace. It wasn’t busy and at one point were the only people in there. Can’t say if that’s the time we went or if it’s always like that but was nice for our stay. Will definitely come back here as soon as we can. 100% would recommend.

Stayed there for our wedding night. Very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good quality too. Only marred by the fact that I left clothing from my wedding hanging in the wardrobe which we notified them of on the same day as we had other family still staying there after we left but it would seem it was a case of 'finders keepers' rather than returning them. Make sure you take all your belongings when you check out !

Travelled as a family and stayed in a suite. Lovely rooms and view of the river. Only downside was not knowing how to work all the different switches but staff very helpful with resolving this. A guide to how to work things in the room would be useful.

The room was clean but there were a few things left to be desired. The bedside lights only work on one side of the bed. The breakfast is not complimentary. The pool area that is such an inviting part of the advertisement does not have reasonable hours. They close by 8:15pm and the hours listed state that they open at 8:30am to our disappointment and inconvenience after walking down, they don’t actually open until 9 am. Had the above mentioned been more accommodating to guests the price of the room would be worth it.

Went for Gin and afternoon Tea. Have had better, bread was a little stale, service could have been better. The venue itself was nice.
