This was our second time attending the 3M Canada Gala in London. Staff were super friendly and always looking to help you in any way needed. Food at the gala was absolutely amazing. The decorations and table centerpieces were beautiful. Our room was clean and beds were cozy and comfortable. Can't wait to stay there again for my hubby's 20 year celebration.

It was nice and had a relaxed atmosphere. The service was a but slower than I'm used to, but it was a slow night and gave me an opportunity to enjoy some conversation with a stranger who was in town for the same convention I was. So maybe the slow service wasn't all that bad. The food was good, and the staff was kind.

Incredibly helpful staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Any time we needed anything, it was easy to get a resolution. We went to the restaurant upstairs on the way out, and the server there was also amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and really go out of their way. I ordered in food and the front desk sent up a plate and cutlery without me even asking. Bed was comfy as far as hotel beds go. Would definitely go back.

Very pleasant staff. The rooms are well equipped. However, the beds in the rooms ( not just ours) are VERY high, making it more difficult to get on and off (even for a 6 footer), especially at night in the dark. Restaurant is adequate.
