Stayed one night here on a business trip. Hotel was very clean. The pool was small but functional. Great hot breakfast and full kitchen (which I did not use). Great place for extended stay. A bit pricey for leisure single travelers but good value for families (4 members). Breakfast and the light supper are the selling point.

Very disappointed . We got to the room, we took 2 queen suite with a pull off sofa. It was around 9 pm on a Thursday. It was my husband's birthday and we found out that our best friend died in the same morning. We decided not to cancel our plans of staying at the hotel for the kids sake. We got to the room and we pull the sofa out. Under the mattress we found crumbs, popcorn and something coming out of the mattress like white pellets . The curmbs were on the bedsheets to. We let the front desk know and they sent one of the guys from the front desk to clean as they had no housekeeping on duty( just 2 guys on the front desk) .When he came he also had to clean the kitchen floor as It was filthy. My husband had to clean the pot in order to heat something for our son. On the next day when we checked out we were offered a $25 iPhone gift card for all the trouble. I refused and thought that a complimentary night would be more appropriate. The sales manager agreed but had to give us a different room as ours was taken. We left our luggage at the hotel in a room beside the front desk. They told me they'll call me when the room is ready. We arrived at 5 pm to the hotel and checked in and nobody bothered calling us to let us know that the room was ready. When we got to the room the power was off. It was off in all the corner as the stop lights weren't working so we had to wait about 45 min for the power to come back. We pulled the sofa and discover the same dirt. Crumbs , gums and the white pellets again. They came again and clean the room for 45 minutes. They took all the pots and replace them with clean ones. Next day when we checked out we were told that everything was good in the room and the pots were just old. I only took pictures of the bed I didn't know I have to take pictures for every pot, pan and dish. I'll definitely do it next time.

four night stay. B/fast and evening meal included so all in all a good stay. Room is very spacious and clean. There a 're two bins outside our room which in this hot weather smell a bit so probably need to be e.ptied more regular.
