Enjoyed my stay at the Seasons at Blue. The location is 10/10 and I would definitely recommend it. We were an hour early for check in but it was no issue at all; the room was ready for us. Check in directions and parking was easy to find. I love how big the parking spaces were. The suite had everything we needed for our stay in terms of utensils, pots, pans etc. I also loved the huge balcony. Due to Covid, you have to book a time slot for the hot tubs. It's very easy to do so. It is restricted to 10 people per time slot. It was also very easy / convenient to use their ALTO text messaging system when we needed items brought to our room. My two complaints: Room wise - our balcony shutters (?) were broken so every time we closed the door, it'd fall and we'd have to hook it back on. General - Parking is an extra $20/night for the resort. You might as well include it in the room rate; it'll make us feel better. 😂😂

Decent place, comfortable and clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen and fantastic location. Maybe just a bit dated, but not badly, and really it's a comfortable spot. Staff were excellent too - all of them very nice. Our only real complaint was that the elevators kept breaking down (at one point both were out of service at the same time) which is a pain when you're in your ski boots. Also, you're not supposed to take your skis or board up to the room either, but there are no ski lockers on site - you have to take them to one of the other buildings, or take them down to your car (if the elevators are working), or lock them outside overnight.

I'm here now staying in Seasons on Blue which apparently is a bad choice with kids! Super annoying dance music being played loud right under us. One of the bars have outdoor speakers. Room is clean but not worth the 600+ per night and they charge you $20 per night to park!! What a joke. And no complimentary breakfast even. Find yourself something better on Air BnB everyone. It's almost 11pm and I feel like I'm sitting in the bar with this horrible music!!

Staying for the family weekend, arrived late Friday night after a very hard journey and no underground parking available.. No place to unload our stuff and no close by parking. Snowing and freezing. Not ideal! Only one elevator working because the engineer finishes work at 5 and the elevator stopped working at 5!! Don’t they have after hours service repair-they should! Honestly I would insist at the time of booking that you stay at the Grand Georgian because you can unload directly outside the hotel! The only consolation is the room is nice. Not impressed with this at all!
