Exceeded my expectations! As a group of friends we rented a suite for the weekend, it was very nice, spacious, clean and perfect for our group of 8. Located on the edge of The Village we were able to enjoy restaurants, shopping and the ski hills easily. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, they were all friendly and diligent. The cleaning staff arranged the cleaning schedule around our events. The price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. The pool & hot tub were a great escape from the cold weather, the water was the perfect temperature. We hosted a bridal shower in the room as other guests rented other rooms, (Charlie helped to ensure the rooms were close together) the suite worked really well for this! Charlie at the front desk was a great help. I would definitely return and would highly recommend The Mosaic to anyone wanting to get away to The Blue Mountain Village.

I consider Mosaic the best hotel/condo on the Village property. I have been staying there regularly starting shortly after it was built nearly 10 years ago. The rooms are now newly renovated and re-styled as well. I believe the first go-around of renovations. The Mosaic is one of the only places that will give you that “home away from home” feeling. The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay - when you don’t want to spend $$$ eating out every night ... just purchase a few groceries if you prefer to cook your own meal and enjoy an evening in - and relax on the balcony with a few drinks. Very clean facilities, beautifully renovated pool and the best hot tub in the mountains. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating with my family and our various requests over the years. It’s situated just far away enough away from the central square to get some peace and quiet when you need it but also just a short stroll away. Very accessible with convenient underground parking - also nice to have the Sunset Grill attached to the facility as well for breakfast. Pricing is in line with the rest of BMR but well worth it. Highly recommend.

Overrated, the place looks like it's in shambles, for a touristic ressort this place is in very poor condition. The prices are ridiculous for what you get, no offense but it would be better to pay a little more for a better hotel. Crappy looking old hotel. Update: We had to call room service to clean dry splatter of some liquid on the bathtub, there was even some on the ceiling, the guy came, cleaned it and made it sound like it was normal to be greeted in a dirty room. We ended up checking out earlier because no one could sleep, there was noise, the sofa bed shouldn't even be considered a bed option, one of us suffered major back ache after spending a night on it. As we checked out earlier at the lobby, the staff didn't even ask if our stay was okay or why we were leaving. This place is a a joke, there is no way it deserves the rating it has on google!

Really clean and spacious rooms. The a/c in our initial room was broken and couldn't be fixed so they moved us to a bigger room without any hassle or additional cost. Overall a great experience as always.

Great room. My wife found a deal that included 8 base camp attractions. Our room had a full kitchen with a stove and oven. A full sized fridge held our food comfortably and we saved a fortune on breakfasts and lunches. We had 2 pull out couches and 1 king sized bed. Room was clean and everything worked perfectly. The resort pool was great. Too many towel boys doing nothing while free towels were 20 feet away. Kind of a waste. Cool fruit flavoured water in lobby was great. Great proximity to village and attractions. We loved ridge runner and kids 7 and 12 had blast on this staycation. Nearby Collingwood was 5 minutes away so we didn't need to spend our life savings in village restaurants. Awesome stay. Will visot again if right deal comes up. Cheers.
